DimStantzos You can browse anything you like, music images videos etc. Its a normal android interface, you can download your favorite player and arrange your playlists.As for bluetooth i only connect for calls, i dont think you can play songs from bluetooth the same way that you cannot play songs from a bluetooth device on an android 7 or 8 smartphone

DimStantzos Hi try removing the radio and unplugging the power plugs on its back. Then using a sim-removing tool press it in the "rst" hole (top left corner of the radio) and while pressing it plug the radio back to power. This should work like a hard reset. I havent tried it myself, thats all from what i read. Hopefully it will work and you havent bricked the radio :)
