marpap It is global ROM as in description. Google Play is installed as well as other Google apps (,including Maps, YT and others). OTA updates are NOT available so you need to install them manually. You can also deploy TWRP and Pixel Experience ROM. It works great on this tablet

marpap True. If your tv has blutooth, you can connect this keyboard. It works very well with TV box too

marpap Forget about updates for this device. I'm using it for 2 or more years and it did not receive ANU firmware update

marpap Go to XDA forum and find Pixel Experience ROM. It will have better options than MIUI which was not even updated once as OTA deos not work for non chinese ROM. I cannot check it now, but you should be able to switch to Portuguese in MIUI. There are many different languages available on Global ROM version of MiPad 4
