OK, I have been learning to fly on both this heli and a Blade nano cps. For outside fun and learning to get your controls down during fast flight the WL Toys V950 is a fun heli. I have crashed it hard a few times and only broken minor things like the tail blade and cross hole bolt that holds the head to the main shaft. It does have an issue in 6G mode when learning to fly, but it is still flyable and fairly stable. You just have to be good with the throttle. However, in 3G mode and idle up it flys pretty well. You won't however be doing hard 3d as the tail like to kick out and you'll lose orientation while learning. It does do rolls and flips pretty well if you are good on the pitch control. Overall I would recommend learning with this heli for cheap. Can't wait to move up to my 450's that I hastily bought and have not dared to fly yet.
