O drone é ótimo, veio com todos os itens descritos e mais uma bateria que comprei sobressalente. Porém, o que me deixou um pouco inseguro, foi o rastreamento que não atualizava e parecia que havia pedido ou extraviado o produto. Entrei em contato com a Banggood para saber o paradeiro do mesmo, porque eu tinha apertando sem querer o botão de entrega concluída, expliquei minha situação, eles garantiram a entrega do produto (demorou um pouco por conta dos processos da legislação brasileira).

I received a defective controller. The first time i turned it on i immediately smelled burning and felt the battery compartment get hot. I opened it up to find that the plastic in the compartment was melted. I am not too upset about that...I understand that sometimes you get a bad product. It is the CUSTOMER SERVICE at Banggood that I am disappointed with. Once i had the defect i immediately contacted them through the chat option. I sent pictures and video as they requested. They forwarded my complaint

O drone é lindo, demorou chegar, mas por conta do correio brasileiro... Chegou em perfeito estado, mas ainda não testei.

Produto em excelente estado, inicialmente muito top custo/benefício, vamos continuar na avaliação contínua!!!

Entrega antes do prazo previsto, por enquanto funcionando perfeitamente.
