The package arrived 10 days later than expected. In the package really was what I ordered and it contains all the parts. I tried both batteries, both worked weakly. I hope this weakness is due to not being 100% charged. I can't check the operation of the machine yet, because now, in January, there is no branch to be cut in our garden.
