Received today, packaging could have been better, however no damage, all parts accounted for. Assembly was pretty straightforward (if you re not mechanically inclined the instruction are useless). The batteries came almost fully charged, 19.7V, at full charge 20.7V. After assembly run the saw for one minute and check the chain tension, readjust if necessary. After few cuts, check the chain tension again as the chain will stretch and may slip from the guide. Safety first, make it a habit to check screw tightness and chain tension before each use. Overall, looks good so far, time will tell.
