Decent quality, not a Woodpecker but much better than big box stores offer. I think the T screw-on piece is not perfectly level where it would engage the sheet goods and hence doesn't make a true 90° on both sides of the rule. The rule portion is very nice and cleanly manufactured, will need to confirm hole/marking accuracy with use. For the price, sure, I'd by it again and recommend it as well. It took several weeks to arrive and I was pleased that it wasn't bent or beat up when it got to my door. It had one small ding over 30", not bad considering the mileage it traveled.
