I bought this mainly because I want to check some DC currents, and it does is job nicely, as well as measure voltage, ohms, checks continuity and temperature. This is my new favourite measuring tool! I dropped two stars off Appearance for lack of English instructions. Only in chinese, too bad, but it is pretty simple to understand most without instructions. It does not show temp below 0 C but in the chinese instruction sheet I read -40 C to 1000 C. Perhaps if I could read chinese I could see the trick.

Measures voltage with automatic scaling (accuracy not tested, not requred for my purpose) , bot AC and DC. Measures Amps Comes with thermocouple thermosensor. Comes with 9v battery. (too bad it does not run 2x AA) Good price.

The multimeter is very good quality, not worse that can be bought in a local shop, but at least 30% cheaper. One little problem: only Chinese language instruction is included and no other languages, even English.
