I like the case, and it has a very tight beam, but the light output is much, much less than promised. There are three modes, selected by turning the light off and on again, low, strobe, and high, in that order. Low mode draws 1W at 12V, and 1.2W at 24V. High mode draws 4.2W at 12V, and 4.4W at 24V. The specification in the product description gives values of 10W for power usage and 3000 lumens for light output. The power usage is clearly much lower. The light output is very poor also. I have an actual 1000 lumen flashlight, and this headlight compares poorly to that.
