This is a nice laptop. Arrived in a well packed and protected parcel so everything was in very good condition. The computer is responsive and fast - the only negative I have about it is the lack of back-lit keyboard. This is a shame since I was hoping to use it at night in a dimly lit room; now I can't, so I'll find another place for it. The only other thing I don't appreciate is not being allowed to set Google Chrome as my default browser - forces Edge all the time. Providing an Australian power plug would also be helpful.
