So far I have only used these once and it works great. The power supply will last approximately 2 hours and the soles are very warm. I at first tried them on my bare feet and it was too warm so I moved them between my socks and shoe and it was just right. I do wish the wires were longer so I could put the power supplies in my pant pockets instead of wrapping them around my ankles. Not very comfortable when wearing my boots, though the neoprene straps were comfortable.
