The TX16A arrived the day after the battery -great timing. Have spent many hours (days) learning about the radio and programming models. Still a great deal to learn. I have lots of questions. Disappointed that there was not RadioMaster neckstrap included! I understood it was part of the package? The Radio and the battery arrived early that stated on the website - thanks for that! My only issue I've experienced is that there is a gap where the Micro SD Card is inserted, between the card-holder and the case, at the bottom of the radio and I managed to insert the card in the gap and had to take the back off to retrieve it! Overall I'm very impressed with the product.

Paul_Kroon Ihave exactly the same experience as you:
a) no neckstrap - missed opportunity for free advertising
b) gap where the SD card is inserted: yes, the SD disappeared through the split and we had to open the device to retrieve the card. I have put a piece of (silicon) isolation tape to close the gap.
and continuing:
c) the supplied USB-C cable appears to be a power cable only. We lost several hours connecting to several PC's. Replacing with a real USB-C cable and we finally passed this stage.
d) binding to a FrSky r-xsr only worked after downgrading the receive r-xsr firmware.
