Arrived 6 days after payment (CZ to HU). Came in "NEX X20 Lite" color (golden ring above the tray instead of a red ring). On the main unit "xcq06rm" is printed which may mean it is the "proper" NEX X20. Package also did include the mini anti-mite brush and mop, so I think we are okay. But it was scary at first. The tech data of main units don't differ anyway, but did not dig too deep into the internet to verify it. Arrived with Chinese manual only (I think it should not happen in the EU). The included

As I expected, very useful, the only problem I have with it that is too heavy, in the product detail shows that it has 1.5 kg, in reality is 2.6 kg, and it was shipped without EU adapter.. And it's lauder as I expected.

Excellent vacuum. Very light and well constructed. It's a pleasure to clean with it. The "wireless" charger is super practical. The only thing that's missing is the power plug adapter (to European one) that the vendor said that comes with the product.

Vacuum cleaner is high in quality and works perfect. But it came with US plug and US>EU adapter, which is quite unsafe (you can get electrocuted when you'll try to unplug it).
