1st of all I received the product in Summer. The pc seems quite good but seems it is overheating easily at the moment. The external charger had an issue when I asked too much to the pc while playing a videogame. I can suggest for videogames to set the lowest graphic setting because what happened is that the charger has gone on heat protection and disconnected the circuit while I was playing.
