There are 4 buttons A, B, C, D. and I cannot just turn it on and make smoke every 20 seconds like the description says. I have to Hold the button on the remote to make it work. Pressing any of the 4 buttons are all the same think. Have to hold the remote button down to get smoke. Note that it stops after 20 seconds of holding it down. think that the Remote control is broken. please send one that works!! Also all three lights come on no matter what button I hit. does not work like the picture
