Utter crap. Cooler mounted with a adhesive paste already fell off, clearance to other solder joints not sufficient, parts soldered crookedly. MPPT tracking doesn't work, if the provided input power is not sufficient, the input voltage is loaded to much and drops while the output hovers around 2ish volts which doesn't help at all...
