It is just ok! Fast but it doesn't fit well into the car ciggarete charger and always slip out and i put it into 3 different cars just to check it out. The result is always the same.

Not really PD 3.0. That spec doesn’t include 12v but does include 15v. The max output for the USB C on this unit is 18w, not 48w. However, 5 USD is a pretty good deal.

I verified that QC and PD works with this charger. This put both a Pixel 3 and an iPhone Xr into fast charging mode.
