This pedal is surprisingly really good! I use certain modulation here and there, not enough to splurge on a strymon or something expensive, and this does everything I need really well. I recommend it to people with similar needs. If anyone is worried about volume drop, which is a concern I had after seeing comments in a few YouTube reviews, don't worry. If there is a bit of drop on certain effects, its minimal, and if you play around with the toggle switch between series and parallel, one of them will give you volume with no drop. Regarding customer service, the pedal arrived about three weeks before the ETA, and a question I had for customer service was immediately taken care of.
