the product is as described. the problem is The Express Shipping. I bought it at coupon price 169.79$ with shipping insurance. The vacuum cleaner was delivered to Bulgaria in 16 days. Unfortunately by DHL. The worst, beaurocratic, slowest forwarder. I don't recommend to work with them. It took them another week to arrange the customs clearance and costed me extra 12 Euro DHL fee + 34 Euro customs taxes. BG, please don't make your clients suffer.
