My plane came in perfect shape, no damage. I bought the kit version. I installed the ep-power 3548 900kv motor on mine and a skywalker 60 amp esc. Both items bought here at Banggood. I found that the prop it comes with is not suited for 900kv, it pulled about 75 amps with that one. Had to dial it back to a 12x5 prop. now pulls about 55 amps. It really scoots with this motor, will hang on the prop and climb out handily. No its not scale, scale is no fun! Did have to open up between the bottom 2 cylinders of the faux radial engine for some cooling, I also cut a hole in the middle of the hub near the prop, I did it on the bottom so it isnt very obvious. Motor gets very hot otherwise. Had to install a proper pilot, not a helmet wearing jet head! Used a Dynam dude instead. Its a fun plane with great detail and flies really well. I use a 4000mah battery and a 3300mah. Highly recommend it!
