IMPORTANT INFO : This product required a mains power lead that supplies feed(L), return(N) and earth(E) and must be grounded. As supplied to myself from China to the UK it came with a EU style terminated power lead and a non compliant UK adaptor, this combination removed the earth protection. I suggest if this happens to your order you either replace the power lead with a UK complient lead, or replace the EU plug with a UK plug if you are competent enough, and insert a 3A fuse (the most common value in the UK, however the fuse should be 2A but this value is uncommon for plug fuses). I would better suggest that you ask BangGood to include a UK specific power cable with the correct fuse. The product itself arrived in excellent condition and after completing a self diagnostic, some setup changes and probe calibration I am more than happy with the unit. Time between dispatch and arrival in the current climate of Covid was quick, and I hope to have many hours of use from this device.
