Tom E Weird - I don't see what you are talking about. Many AR coatings can be noticed by reflection of a purple color, this is how I can verify AR coatings. So, not sure exactly where you see the problem. Inside the glass doesn't matter - only thing that matters is the beam.

LBoskovic Purplereflection is the AR coating on the glass, it's normal, and it's good.
