Very impressed with how bright this light is for the size. As others have stated there are no instructions. Everything I googled didn't work but on the reviews someone posted how to change the modes. A slight bit different though. Turn light on with full click, follow that with 10 or more half clicks. it will cycle off and when it's starts to strobe give it a full click off and on (Important to get it in the middle of the strobe) and now it will start flashing the modes. 1 flash is mode one, 2 flashes is mode 2 ECT ECT. When you find the mode you like give it a full click on and off. I set every mode till I found the one I liked which is 11. 100% / 50% and strobe. Hope this is helpful
