Jipy Why is there a fuse at the input of a Voltmeter ?.What is the exact or real fonction of this fuse..... ?
Ответить 29/03/2018Jipy Of course the main problem of these small connectors reside in the case were thay get very easily shorted (as it already occured with one of mine voltage sensor which normaly detroy the fuse and yopur external voltage sensor :(
Ответить 29/03/2018Jipy I would propose to simply replace the fuse (there is no need of fuse at the inputs of a voltmeter ) with 4k7 or 10k resistor, so in case of short at the receiver side (connector of the voltage sensor), the current will be limited to a few millamp and you will be able to correct the issue at the connector of the sensor, no need to buy a new (expensive) one :)
