This punching bag comes without any inserts. So it has to be fill up with preferably with rags or cotton cloth. The quality made is not of robust quality to be honest. it's not real leather (black colour middle)and the canvas material is nylon red colour). The bag has an inner lining (blue Color nylon material) with a thin 3mm thickness foam pad within the lining itself. the zippers doesn't look like it can take the pressure it it's overload with stuffing. So it would actually be best to only fill it up with cloth/rags and not to fill it up till it's too compact.
