This DVR is genuinely very good. If you are having issues with cropping then here is what's happening and how to avoid it. Firstly when the unit powers on if there is no signal detected on the input it defaults to PAL or NTSC (I can't remember which) and then doesn't change when it gets a video signal. And of course sometimes this default doesn't match your camera. The solution is super simple. Power up your radio and your quad first, then your goggles and make sure you're tuned in then power up the DVR making sure the wires are already plugged in and crack on with recording. This way ever 720p works perfect and the quality is awesome. 9/10 for this DVR. Some sort of live auto detecting would fix this but I honestly don't know how hard that would be to do so yeah, top marks really. Oh, also I'm using Fatshark Dom V1s.
