This is a very useful angle measuring and angle setting device. It has two carbon fibre arms of 11 inches in length, when laid out in-line with each other they provide a sturdy rule calibrated 0to600mm on one side and 2 x 0to11" on the other. The rules are marked in white on the black carbon fibre and are easy to read. The arms are made of 2mm thick carbon fibre and are quite robust. There is a screwed locking device incorporated into the hinge. The digital measure has a LCD readout calibrated to 0.01 degrees. The reading can be set to degrees/minutes or degree/decimal. The electronic LCD measure is powered by a standard CR2032 button cell. This measure is excellent value for the price.
