I used this item earlier, ordered from the same store (here), that piece worked fine, but I let it to go with a friend of mine and ordered another one and this one is not as good. I think gears within the item in this piece fit inaccurately as it is convulsing under operation before and after lubrication respectively. So I think its lottery that good or inaccurately prepared item will arrive if you order one.
