Shipping service to get this product was shocking and unacceptable. Besides the high price to have it shipped the best possible way, it was not even delivered to the address that was supplied. The tracking of the parcel was also not up to scratch and it lead me to personally tracking down my package and then also to go and fetch my package. Certainly not what we paid the high price for. I would suggest changing your shipping company. IN addition to the above, there was no repsonse to nay of my messages send to your company. I would think long and hard before buying fromyou again. Not a happy customer.
