The roller matches the description and the pictures, but unfortunately the acrylic box arrived broken. The product was packaged without any protection, it's been just put straight inside a simple plastic package. It's the first time I see this happen in Bangood's packaging method. I have already contacted the Bangood team about this and soon everything must be solved.

This product has been used on very-very mature and deep wrinkled skin, for a month. It was only gently rolled over the face and eye brows, so gently that only a slight "pinching" of the skin was felt (no piercing through). It was more like a massage. After the use, application on hyaluronic acid with vitamin C was applied on the face and then collagen serum. Clearly visibly the deep lines were reduced, very impressed with the outcome. Be patient, fantastic product.
