Since the first day I received this product it has performed poorly. Failed to print the Benchy tugboat test print 4 times (I gave up in the end). Additionally one of the guide arms came loose and nearly fell off during one of the test prints. Banggood keep refusing to accept my request for returning this printer for a refund or credit. They insist I should try to fix it myself but I purchased this printer because it was promoted as an out of the box ready to print printer. I am not happy.
