This is a good, solid, well made torch. The aluminium body is very rugged and well finished. The on/off switch and the USB seal cover are soft rubber and provide a good water seal. I have no worries using this torch in the rain. It takes 1 x 18650 battery which can be recharged by a USB C cable that is supplied. I find the functions fine; 1) High [Very bright] 2) Medium 3) Low 4) Fast flash [really dazzling] 5) Slow Flash Hold down the on/Off switch for more that a couple of seconds to switch off. The full beam is very strong and I like this rugged feel. No problems gripping the torch when it is cold or wet. In fact I like it so much I'm buying a second right now!
