The unit works but: - the packing is very poor, not even sealed except for the plastic bag used for postage. It looks like a reconditioned unit in that respect. - the user manual is very poor. It only describes the SW with no reference to the specifics of the UVF10 model... - UVF10 model can't be found anywhere on Baofeng site, it seems to be a "special" reference, so getting support is hard - FM broadcast just disables itself after some minutes and pressing the call button has no more effect.
