good basic item, 14 cm overall. Breaker tip cap unscrews and can attach to flashlight end, to expose rubber-tipped stylus, useful. That then unscrews to expose either whistle or small knife edge. Comes with 3 replacement thin ink cartridges, probably a necessity since ink length in those is about 8mm to fit in rest of pen. My flashlight stopped working after a short bit. Tried replacing with the 3-4 battery extras, correctly aligned, couldn't get to work. But I bought it mostly for the stylus and impact tip, so not going to fuss.
