I was very satisfied with the customer service when I had a problem this time. I let them know what was going on as soon as I showed them proof that there really was a problem they sent me new products out to fix it with no issue at all this time. So I really think they are trying to change their customer service. Would definitely buy from this site again.

the quad was very fun and easy to set up. after three (2s) batteries two of the ESC's have started acting up and not running the motor. I have swapped the motors around and tried going through the software with no success. The two broken ESC's will "twitch" the motors when arming but then beep and shut down. NO REPLACEMENT AVAILABLE!

The quad looks nice but with this camera is almost impossible to fly faster. Its transition from light to dark is very slow. Using 3s battery is much better than 2s. Very small space to add the receiver and buzzer. I'm using the same settings that I have on my Lizard95 and its ok. There are a lot of new quads now better and cheaper than this.

Despues de llegar con el tiempo justo ......me dispongo a probarlo lo emparejo con mi RC y cuando quiero despegar me encuentro que uno de los motores no funciona en condiciones....y no hay manera de estabilizarloahora tendre que comprar otro motor por aqui....con lo cual la calidad es ¨0¨y el precio se disparara
