Seems to be of reasonable quality. The gap under the cutting blade seem to be slightly large and its slightly difficult to cut very flexible hose. Also I feel, it would have been better if the spring is little more tight

As surprising as it may sound, this thing really works. It does not have the ratchet mechanism as those professional ones, but it cut through a pipe as if it was butter.
