I had the inspiration to disassembly it before put it to hard work. A big surprise: the COB module wasn’t installed properly to the aluminium heatsink! There’s a frame which is for the 32SMD LED flashlight version, not for COB variant. This transparent frame was put under the COB module, not over it. That didnt’t allow the heat to dissipate through the heatsink, hence the heatsink was useless. Because this frame didn’t fit due to the thickness of COB( a 2mm epoxy layer) it was needed to cut
