Main ring was warped. Two welded nuts for spring bolts broke their welds. Outer holding rim didn't hold headlight securely. Slot for Harley headlight cover is not positioned properly, so the top on the outer cover doesn't stay close enough to lght to cover the main ring of the bracket. Took me 5 hours to finish what should have been a 15 minute install, due to all the modifications and fixes.
