Yep, it's a long led strip with a controlling device you can switch for changing the brightning mode. The regulation is --- basic cheap --- but it works. Maximum power drained is around 13W on a 230V power supply. Wires are really thin but it works. Light is also friendly. Something to take care of: do not plan to use it from the bag. It smell like dead fish. Really. Let is rest 1 week outside, far from people or animales. You've been warned
