This item arrived and when tested was found that the control box was not responding to the remote - was tested by me, as an IT/Tech specialist and confirmed - have a similar setup in my PC already - the remote from this product works fine with my existing setup/the RGB LED's work fine connect to my control box, so definitely the control box is the "issue" Reported this, as a courtesy, not really expecting a need to do anything due to costs that would be involved - just a dud sadly, not an issue for me - however, the response that I received was less than satisfactory, demanding pictures and video uploads to YouTube and god only knows what else to "prove" the fault - how do I prove a fault when the item is DOA? Not my best online shopping experience - had they simply apologised, acknowledged that I know what I am talking about and accepted that it is possible that it is defective, I would simply have said "cool" and looked to buy a replacement, but based on response I'm just going to walk away from this - have already ordered a replacement control box from elsewhere (local) which will be with me on Monday and not the length of time taken for this item to arrive. Will not be looking to purchase from here again, if I can help it, but who knows?
