The product itself seems to be good quality. But nevertheless: In all pictures you can see batteries. But when the product arrives and you want to use it, you find out that there are no batteries included. The answer to several mails was: No batteries. And they were not much of help when I asked what battery to buy, because there are many of them on sale - but with confusing labels. Up to today I can not use the item :-(
