Arrived fast. Packing box was almost destroyed. Tool seems ok. All plastic housing that holds chain and bar. No lubrication so must be oiled often. If allowed to over heat will melt the plastic and render tool unusable. So far I cut a cedar 2 x 6 into fire wood. I put a generous amount of oil on the bar and chain. The saw worked very well.
