I could fix this poor contact issue by applying some pressure to the metal part of the connector on the PCB. PLEASE BE AWARE you have to run the "Music Update Tool" software to upload music! The uploaded files will probably NOT be visible and accessable using a standard WIN10 PC. This software is in CHINESE only and NOT very logical !!!!! But, it's not very complicated. step 1: Run the MUSIC UPDATE TOOL as ADMINISTRATOR. step 2: Click the ony button on the second page to browse to, and select the music files to be uploaded. step 3: Click the only button on the first page to upload the previously selected files.
