I have tested it (working conditions was 134V/5.6A, load was hot-water boiler heating), switch-on was OK, but after unconnecting driving voltage (18V) it is switched on (forever) - FET shortage I thing...

JPC Itis normal. It is not protected against overheating and the MOSFET rdsON is quite high (0.1 Ohm). You can change the MOSFET and add a protection.
