This one is decent, I tested it at 6.3V output with currents jumping between 0 and 1.3A (with 1.3A staying 70% of the time) and input voltages 9V and 12V.
It keeps the output well stable and the ripple is - mostly - within the promised 30mV, while it may jump up to 75mV at very low currents.
Unlike the MP1584-based converters here - which will run very hot at the same conditions as above and will need a heat sink - this one (RT8272-based) runs well warm, but is still far from needing any cooling.
I doubt it will hold 2A well at higher output voltages though.
Still, it is a very decent step-down converter and its slightly higher price is well justified.
