The adapter supplied is much smaller than the one advertised ie the distance from the round opening to the rectangular opening is only about 6cm whereas the distance in the advertised one appears to be about 15cm and by extrapolation, the rectangular opening would be larger than the one supplied. The adapter supplied will not replace my existing one which has degraded because of UV. Please supply adapter advertised or refund

Ming I have the same issue with them sending me the same wrong shorter adapter. Did they rectify the issue and resend you the correct one? Please let me know.
