This is a very handy circuit for constructing line-voltage lamps from 3W 12V LED COB modules. They are extremely small and easy to fit into most applications, do not appear to need additional cooling and are simple to connect. Be mindful of the line and neutral AC inputs as well as the 12VDC output polarity and you'll be set.

I finally got my replacement and got it fit. It works perfectly. Delay could have been avoided if original had the leads labelled. This product lacks indications for the leads so had to find out by trial and error. Banged please take care of this.
