Very easy to install, the red/orange wire is the plus terminal. Accurate and properly electrically isolated. Worked very well with the TH7 raspberry pi thermocouple reader.

Tested, works good...

Works well and is accurate. Used it with my old multimeter (lost my last one years ago!) as I wanted to check the accuracy of my oven temperatures. Calibrated it with boiling and iced water - spot on. Highly recommended.
